I asked Helena to do a birthday cake for my 60th birthday. I love fairies. So I asked for a fairy cake. It didn't disappoint. I loved it. It looked like a tree log with fairies on it. I also asked for a lemon cake. The lemon was a good amount and tasted good. Helena got all the textures and tastes in proportion with each other. It all tasted gooood.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying several cakes made by Helena, and each one has been nothing short of amazing. Her cakes aren't just desserts - they're showing stopping centrepieces that taste everywhere bit as good as they look.

One of the most memorable was a Wiggles cake with the iconic Big Red Car. The attention to detail was incredible, and it looked like it had been driven straight out of the show. She also created a Little Baby Bum Twinkle Star cake for my son, which was beautifully made and brought him so much joy. And as a personal touch, she even made me a crochet themed cake with crochet icing - it was so creative and thoughtful, and of course, it tasted delicious!

You can see the love and care she pours into her work, and it shines through both the taste and presentation.
